So pleased to have opened a new Escrow this week in the Mt Olympus/Nichols Canyon neighborhood. But sometimes it seems like opening a new Escrow is like beginning to read a highly-recommended, lengthy mystery novel. There’s no telling what will happen, or how long it will take to get to the end. All you can do is hope your time will be well spent; and that at the end, you will be glad you did it! Keeping my fingers crossed on this one…
