Elayne Ceder hails from Boston, but she earned her Master’s Degree in Environmental Design from UCLA. After graduation she pursued a career as an Architectural Designer serving both Residential and Commercial clients.
Her distinctive work attracted the attention of the Motion Picture industry, and she began Designing for Film. Her accomplishments as a Production Designer earned her the honor of being voted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 1983 where she is still an Active Member.
Elayne’s proficiency in locating, evaluating, and renovating property led her to direct a large number of Site Acquisition and Development projects and into a career as a Realtor in 2002. Elayne was a Chairman’s Circle Realtor for Prudential California Realty for nine years.
In 2011 she joined the John Aaroe Group as a Director in the Architectural & Estates Division. In 2019, when the John Aaroe Group merged with COMPASS, Elayne remained with the new expanded Brokerage at the Sunset Strip location.
Elayne serves all Westside neighborhoods, but specializes in the area called Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills West, where she has been a homeowner for over thirty years. Since 2005, she has distinguished herself as the pre-eminent Listing & Selling Realtor in the Mount Olympus neighborhood.
