The Real Estate market – now more than ever- is LOCAL! That can be stated with total certainty. The only thing you need to know is what is going on in your immediate area. That is the whole story!
And even within your specific area, things could be stratified.
The one million dollar market might be stronger than two million dollar market; Fixers may not be holding up as well as totally Updated homes.
Contemporary homes may be stronger than Traditional homes.
Pools might be mandatory at certain price levels.
But all these things must still must be evaluated at a very specific local level.
So don’t make yourself crazy trying to figure out how some national or statewide report affects you.
